The first interview was with a supervisor and three other case managers. The interview was about 45 minutes. It wasn't too difficult but it was a little awkward-- some people did not speak and just listened and there were some times where it seemed like they didn't know what to say next. But overall, it wasn't bad. The second interview was a one-on-one with the senior director. It was less like an interview, and more just like an introduction. Only lasted about 30 minutes.

I was invited to interview for all 3 of the case management positions I applied for with the company. I declined an interview for the first role but interviewed for the other two roles (this all happened over the span of a few months). Of those two jobs, I was invited back for a second round of interviews for both. And with both jobs, I was ghosted after the second interview with no update. I even sent follow-up emails, requesting an update. Since this happened with two roles, it seems to be a company wide issue. I would not accept an interview opportunity again.
