Interview
The interview was brief and the questions were standard. It was more of personality compatibility test than anything else. You can lie about how much you want to work somewhere, or if st all you have interest in the business model or product, but it’s very difficult to fake your own personality at least for a prolonged period of time.

Interview
Excellent, but hinged on a great local manager at this location. It was really cordial and relaxed. To be honest, I just enjoyed conversing with my manager. I'm not really sure if this experience is consistent company wide.
