After the Gaming assessment I got a call for video interview which was totally related to HR, i was assessed on the basis of my managerial skills and leadership qualities and was asked about situations in which I have exercised these skills.
Screening interview, assessment centre, final interview - it was a straightforward process. The purpose was to assess the candidate in terms of real life situations and understand their thinking in terms of analysis, strategy, and work ethic.
