Interview experience – very slow communication after final stage
I went through several interview stages for this role, including a final interview and a number of time-intensive assessments. The interviews themselves were fine and everyone I spoke to was professional.
However, the communication after the final interview was extremely slow and disappointing. It took around seven weeks to receive a rejection, and this was only after I followed up multiple times. The delay ran over the Christmas and New Year period, with no clear updates or realistic timeline shared during that time.
I completely understand that hiring decisions can take time, but for candidates who have reached the final stage, clearer communication and timely closure would make a huge difference. The lack of updates made what was already a stressful process much harder than it needed to be.
