Interview process was 3 phone calls being asked the same questions and it took over a month. One day before the 4th, and supposedly final interview, I was told there was a scheduling conflict and then completely ghosted. Follow ups were ignored and nothing was communicated. Red flags during the process include no video interviews. Warnings that employees were closely tracked. Each round was made up of the same questions.
