ECDC interview questions

They called me on the phone for a 15-minute screening interview with the selection committee and the HR representative. Each member of the selection committee asked me one preset question and then I had time for questions at the end. The interview was cold and the depth of the questions was difficult to answer in such a short screening interview.

They flew me over there three times. The first time, I had to take an editing test that could have been emailed to me. The interview was really forgettable. The second time, I was attacked by one of the interviewers because I had a two year period I hadn't worked, where it was obvious I had been in school. And it wasn't even a two year gap. The third time, I had to go for a medical checkup, which again, I didn't need to fly over there to do. Stupid process. These people are a total joke.
