EFC International interview questions

The process was quick and pretty painless. A phone interview followed by an in person interview meeting with 3 different managers a week later. The in person interview was a bit long (over 2 hours) and conversational at times. Upon the end of the in person interview I was told I’d be notified if I were to move further in about a week. A week goes by and no word. I reached out to the HR rep who assured me I would receive an answer on way or another asking for an update and blatantly was ignored, no response. It’s extremely frustrating and unprofessional to not respond to a candidate asking for an update... whether good or bad. Never heard a word back after 3 weeks. I’d recommend having all 3 managers in 1 interview to shorten the interview time, as well as not ask the same questions 3x to the candidate. I was seeing myself answering the same questions over and over for the managers in their 3 separate interviews.
