Process took about 8 weeks. Had a phone interview with a lead drafter asking about my experience and typical interview questions such as: Why do you want to work there? What makes you qualified? Received a personality assessment typical like big corporations issue. Then had an in-person interview where I interviewed with several team leads and was given a tour of the institution. Received a call from the regional manager later that week and two weeks later received an offer. Pretty slow process but if you study "common" interview questions and elaborate on your experience you'll do well. Have a sense of urgency and eagerness to learn. It's a niche field so they don't expect much.
