The interview was okay, however, they are not open to suggestions and their answer is rather arrogant. They ask candidates to come to their office (even in pandemic times), which is totally unnecessary. It takes too much time and effort for the candidates to prepare, dress up smart, commute to their premises - just so they can come back to you with an automated rejection message and no feedback provided whatsoever. At least they could let the unsuccessful candidates know, what made the successful ones get the job, so next time we would know how to prepare better.
