I applied online and had a Skype Interview. The person who interviewed me was not polite and didn't behave in a professional way. Not enough questions about experience and it didn't seem she was interested in what was being said.

No standard and not very formal. It is not professional. Seems like everyone applies the job can get an interview and succeed. The filtering process is very low standard and no rules.
