This interview was 4 hours spread over a couple days. I joked (not untruthfully) that ELIC knows me better than my own parents. Be prepared for lots of personal questions. They do this for good reason, because this is not just a job; this is living overseas and getting paired with other employees to form a team. They want to make sure they put you with a team that will be a good fit. So work with them and give honest answers.
