I applied with a CV and a couple weeks later I received an email to attend an interview on Teams. During the interview, I met two lead tutors. The interview was about 30 minutes. I was in an informal setting.

Very relaxed and informal chat but also with proper interview questions. I felt comfortable to say when I needed clarification about a question. The interviewer put me at ease and I enjoyed the conversation.

Fairly quick contact, straightforward on boarding process. There are oppportunities to choose the subjects, levels and times which suit you best. I would say that the overall experience is positive.
