The interview process was thorough. We met and I was questioned about my background and knowledge. The interviewer asked about my previous employment and how I became skilled in metrology. We discussed the direction he wanted his organization to proceed in the future. One of the primary goals was to get the Calibration Lab accredited as soon as possible. We discussed ISO 17025 and my understanding of the accreditation process. We also discussed by prior management positions and building a successful team to work toward achieving the goals of the company.
