I was initially screened by the owner. Then I was invited for an on-site interview with several team members from various departments. Each meeting was scheduled for 45 minutes. During the on-site interview I was asked to take a Caliper Personality Test. Everyone was very kind and respectful. I left the interview with a good sense of what the job requirements where and with a better understanding of the culture at Encon.
