ENVY interview questions

Observed the Runner team for 1-1.5 hours in the kitchen where they made some tea / coffee for clients. Spent most the time talking to them to know more about the job / gauge their opinions on it. Followed by a interview with two people. It was a fairly casual conversation and most people were really chatty / friendly :)

Work placement in one of their many buildings for an hour prior to in person interview to guage your ability to work with others. Great time to ask current employees what they think of the working environment, salary, career progression etc. Additionally employees give feedback on your interaction with them during that time. After about an hour or two of doing the job role you will be taken to the interview where you will be asked questions based on your past experience such as customer service, which is not required but still handy to have as this role is very waiter/waitress heavy.
