A recruiter from EOS Reached out to me on LinkedIn because of my skills and I was happy . I was interviewed back in December 2024 and I got a rejection one month after ; after 2 months from that he reached out again and informed me that there is a spot for that same role and we did a phone interview again . Promised to get back to me within 2 weeks , after 2-3 weeks I reached out and he didn’t reply , I reached out again and he finally responded and promised me a response from the company within that day or the next and I’ve been waiting since that day . This is terrible because you get your hopes high , do your best and being ghosted like this is absolutely very disrespectful and inconsiderate. Hope the recruiter goes through that one day while looking for a job
