Ann reached out to me after I submitted my resume online for a BI developer position, and within a few days she had an interview set up. The lead developers who interviewed me were very knowledgeable and did not shy away from sharing their experience and knowledge. One thing I noticed is that they also have a snacks area. I am impressed at the effort they make at ensuring that their people are fed good food: plenty of fruits and healthy snacks (I didn't look too long). When I dropped in later, I saw them enjoying company lunch together. The team seems to be highly technical and collaborative. Think of a team with quite a number of senior software engineers and PhD's closely working together. If you are a developer passionate about engineering and software development, I'd highly recommend you apply to this company. I consider myself fortunate to have been selected for an interview with them.
