I found an easy way. no date change no hassle. Since they arranges certification alphabetically, all you need to do is add spaces in front of the certificate name. The more the spaces before the name ,the most top it goes to. Problem Solved. Don't worry adding spaces, they don't show up in the profile. Its auto aligned
