ESA Consulting interview questions

Multiple interviewers. Questions ranged from previous employers to classwork to hobbies. Essentially you interviewed with multiple individuals on management staff and they all asked you a series of questions based on what qualities they look for in a potential new hire. Process was relatively informal and not stressful. The end of the interview consisted of writing two essays in order for the company to assess writing skills.
