The interview begins too late (30 minutes waiting time). The first talk was with HR about an hour (half of the time was because of wast time until the manager will come - trash talk). When the manager comes he ask couple of questions about server-side basics. After two minutes I realized that he completely misunderstands how things actually work. When I ask about the daily job planing he just said that the product manager is unnecessary in the back-end at all and the whole process and business logic it's only under his desition (is this is a joke?!) their product manager exists only for front-end... There was couple of questions about the difference between technologies and other not relevant stuff. 3 months after the interview I didn't get an official answer from HR about the interview which is illegal by the way (60 days max by the Israel law) but I totally don't work in the company where the managers don't understand what they are doing.
