The interview process was quick but comprehensive. The in-house recruiter was very helpful and gave me tips and suggestions. The actual interview was with two managers and lasted an hour. It involved both behavioural questions and professional experience related questions. The next step was psychometric testing, which took about 30 minutes. After that I provided references and proof of education. Following that I received an offer of employment. I believe this process was quicker than usual because they had been recruiting for the role for awhile and really needed someone to step in. Overall it was a positive experience.
