Pretty straightforward. Starts with a AI chat interview to vet your skills and background. Followed by a couple of role-specific technical questionnaires (mostly MCQ). Next round is a “real world” assessment, basically a take home technical assignment (was pretty interesting). Ends with a 30-minute technical interview with your manager (asked mainly thought-questions pertaining to the actual project I was assigned). On clearing the interview, there is a proctored CCAT (cognitive assessment) with pretty high qualifications requirement (you can attempt it twice, if you don’t clear it the first time).
