Interview
The focus is primarily on whether you can stay in Africa and why do you want to go to Africa. Which you can explain until they target you with sexist questions like since you are a woman of a certain age, why do you want to join the company at your age. That is not all, they will focus the entire interview based on your relationship status and age.

What is your age? Why do you want to work for ETG at this age? If you will get married, you will leave us? Have you spoken to your parents/bf/etc that you want to do this job?

Interview
Three rounds. all went smooth as I already had experience in similar kind of profile. I already told them the expected package at each interview round and they were ok. At the time of offer letter to be issued they told that they cannot give that much amount and reduced the amount. Very unprofessional as they have wasted their as well as my time.
