Interview
Total 3 rounds of interview were conducted. Quick interview process. They took time to understand my experience, capabilities & explained the company product, role & responsibilities expected out of me. They provided feedback accordingly. Specially meeting CEO Raju sir is a life time experience, down to earth person. He tried to understand why I need a job & taught me some valuable life time experiences (Using examples of Mahatma Gandhi, Swami Vivekananda) which would help me grow as a individual and as a professional.

They tried to understand what is mentioned in my resume, my skills, my strengths, my achievements in detail, what steps/process I followed to achieve targets set in previous organization.
Overall I have attended 4 rounds of interviews in ETOE, out of these 4 face to face interviews with deferent departments heads and assigned 1 ppt presentation. It was a pleasant and deferent experience, I liked the culture of treating the people with value, it was very respectful manner as well. Specially I have learnt many things from CEO of ETOE.
