Thee interviews plus a 1 week project. Ghosted after. No follow up, now answers to questions. No evidence that a hire had been made. Waste of time on my part an that of all of the interviewers. Not only that, but the project was poorly defined and the one person who was scheduled for answering questions, couldn't answer any.
