Interview
Cordial and friendly, in total 2 rounds of interviews. I was Interviewed by 3 people in total. Interviews include three parts, current news test, writing test, and on-camera presentation test. I had to keep on contacting the HR to get the result. Interviewee Better come prepared with English and Chinese self-introduction and brushed up with the current news. This is a very traditional Chinese company so manner is important.
