Two written tests: Word and Excel + 1 oral interview. Quite a difficult interview that lasted a good hour. 5 panelists. I felt like I was being interrogated by the police 😅. Prepare well for the interview and measure every word you say, because the panel will pick up on EVERYTHING you say. I wasn't selected for the position in question, but I was put on the reserve list. You can have a debriefing after the interview, which is really cool.
