EVERSANA INTOUCH interview questions

I was originally asked to record a video of myself answering a few interview questions and submit it for review. I was not comfortable with this since it’s not possible to know how that data will be used or stored. I reached out to the recruiter via email and asked for a phone screening instead. I was pleased that they accepted. I had the phone screening which lasted about half an hour. Pretty standard getting to know you questions. I was told I would hear back a week later. I sent a thank you email that day and a follow up email the next week but was ghosted. I’m fine with not being the right fit for whatever reason but I thought the conversation went well and it was unprofessional to not at least be sent a generic rejection email.

Recruiter reached out to talk about the role, and the next step would have been to talk to the team. Recruiter was responsive and I heard back from her quickly.
