After sending in a resume I was contacted for an in-person interview. I was told to come back to shadow a current tech, there wasn't a lot of clarity on how long I should stay or what I should do when shadowing. I've learned never to work for free so I mostly followed the tech during their routines for an hour or so and asked questions as they were relevant. This location really prioritizes cleaning, and a culture fit.
