Interview questions centered around the role such as dealing with difficult or upset customers, including role play. Interview panel did not seem very happy to be there. Having had the interview with the hiring team, which I understand was the only interview, they never provided any further communication and ignored my follow ups.
Terrible management/company with little respect for job seekers.

Extremely extraneous process that included 2 virtual interviews then a face to face interview with yet another "impartial party" from within the senior leadership team who wasnt in any of the 2 prior interviews. What was supposed to be a 15min coffee catch up was an hour long full interview. Totally took me by surprise as that was not how it was presented to me. After all that, only to be ghosted.

After 3 interviews and a skills test, there were too many to list. The skills test was a debacle - the link they sent me didnt work and the HR persons email went to an out of office.
