Long process, nearly 4 o 5 interviews, asking repeated questions, not providing proper feedback, not clear on what they wanted and where all the process was going into. I felt also they did not provide much details about the company or the benefits they offered, they just asked questions and more questions
From the outset, EXUS set clear timelines and expectations. Communication was respectful, and feedback arrived quickly after each stage. The process was well-structured and efficient, with thoughtful interviews that mirrored the company’s culture: respectful, data-driven, and focused on impact.
