Beware of the interview promises for the job as they do promise a growing opportunity inside the company but fire people way before they complete a year inside the company. Other than that, it's a good process of interview, very clear and objective but not very truthful.

First interview is with HR, normally one person. Second and final interview is with the COO or one of the senior management people. It is an on-line interview that doesnt take too long. Within 15-30 min you will be done.
