I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Early Growth Financial Services (Remote, OR) in Feb 2019
Interview
There was a series of 3 interviews total - the first 2 via phone and the 3rd a video interview. First interview with a very nice HR lady who really wants to get people in there, the 2nd is with a COO or CFO who also seems to want to get people in the door and then finally by the 3rd interview you learn that the desired hourly wage you stated way back at interview #1 is higher that the $25 - $30 per hour they want to pay. That could have been mentioned at interview #1 and saved us all a lot of time. You also learn with careful questioning (finally at interview #3) that the expectation is that you are responding to clients and client needs/requests all the time, even if you are only working 20 hours per week. A bit "on-call" for a low wage, so I wish I hadn't wasted 3 interviews on this! I don't know if I would have gotten the job or not, but it was not for me. Perhaps it would suit others.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
The first two interviews allow ample time for your questions and the third interview walks through your resume. Some unusual questions about who my clients were though, not something I would divulge, so I was unsure why the questions were being asked but giving their industries turned out to be enough.

Interview
Pretty quick turn around. Interviewed with HR and then the Director of Operations. I currently work from home and love it but they sound like they throw you out on your own remote island and don't offer much support. Also, the pay listed on Glass door is only for California employees. I did not like that someone else would be paid $10/hr more than me for the same job because I am in a less expensive state.

Interview
Remote; Interviewer was a bit rude and didn’t seem fit for interviewing candidates. Could not answer the question if there would be a steady work flow of at least 30 hours a week. The position seems fitting for a person who does not need a steady income.
