Started great, followed by long waits and not organized process.
Everyone was nice.
Drastic changes in process towards the end of the interview process, drastic change in the offer compared to what was communicated earlier.

Interview
I was contacted by the recruiter, followed by the Skype interview with the CEO and a substantial take-home coding challenge followed by two on-site interviews. On site I was interviewed by a bunch of people: founders, manages, engineers. The process felt a bit chaotic, but everybody was nice and polite. The questions were mostly on personality traits and teamwork plus some system design. The follow up communication leaves a lot to be desired.

the coding challenge is absurdly long and time consuming. i can imagine it would be hard to hire for the position from people that have jobs and are actively interviewing elsewhere
