Interview
The interview process begins with an initial 15-minute call with a screener, followed by another 15-minute call with an HR representative. After that, a decision is made. However, the questions were not focused on my experience or how I could contribute but instead felt overly critical of my past roles and why they didn’t work out.
Sales is about alignment—when the fit isn’t right, no one benefits, neither the employer nor the employee. It’s best to recognize that early and move on. I appreciate HR's candor in this process. As a seasoned and respected sales professional, I’m frequently approached with new opportunities, including from companies I once thought I wanted to work for. Culture is everything, and if it doesn’t align, I know when to walk away.
This experience reinforced that the more recent reviews about this company were accurate—it’s clear that the culture is not a good fit.

Very Basic Interview - Recruiter - HR - Sales Manager, then offer. Mostly interested in personality and what other offers you are considering. They focused on the great things the owner has done and didn't have too many specifics when questions about the role/expectations were asked.

Very thorough process, with multiple rounds of interviews. Spoke with different people with different positions to discuss the offer and position. Overall it was an enjoyable process, and let me know exactly what the job would be when I was hired.
