Process
Round 1 (Hiring Manager): Basic background discussion. Nothing structured or insightful.
Round 2 (Co-founder Sudha): Questions on supply chain and operations, but the round lacked clarity on role expectations. Came across as exploratory rather than decisive.
Round 3 (Assignment): Given a detailed cost modeling & fulfillment assignment. Spent significant effort preparing, but there was no real feedback on it. Felt like they just wanted free consulting inputs.
Round 4 (Co-founder Veda): Discussion on KPIs like Service Level vs. Fill Rate. Shared frameworks even post-interview, but again, there was no serious indication of intent to move forward.
Overall, each round felt disconnected, repetitive, and not leading towards a real closure.
Timeline
The position has been open for over 5 months with no closure.
The process dragged on for weeks, with poor communication and no defined timeline.
HR even asked for reference details prematurely before any offer discussions.
After four rounds and repeated follow-ups from my side, I finally received a generic rejection email — the kind that could have been sent after Round 1.
Feedback on Process
Positives: None worth mentioning.
Negatives:
Role has been vacant for months; they seem unclear and indecisive.
Extremely unprofessional communication — candidates have to chase them for updates.
Premature request for references shows lack of process maturity.
Repetitive discussions with no real outcome.
Wasted weeks of candidate’s time with no seriousness in hiring.
Takeaway
This company does not appear serious about hiring. The entire process felt like time-pass and knowledge gathering rather than genuine recruitment. Candidates should think twice before investing effort here.
