The interview was very short and precise. First pymetrics then interview then assessment . Fair process with much to learn from the process and also very much interactive. It’s a generally very fair process without any biases and without much complications

The interview involved an online aptitude test which was timed. It consisted of maths questions, patterns, subsidiaries of EABL and its alcohol products, The results were then out after a week.
