Star method, points based, lots of questions and no real icebreaker. They do give you 5 minutes to look through the questions before they start. 2 Interviewers. Recruitment manager was distracted by being late for dentist and had 4/5 messages interrupting the interview throughout. Very difficult to keep on track.

It was very easy. The interviewers supplied the interview questions to you before you arrived. This allowed for plenty of time to prepare and was less nerve-wracking. You could come in with answers prepared on paper or flashcards. Friendly and welcoming staff.
