Applied in person. The application was standard for the positon. Basic information, skill, education, work history, desired hours, etc. Received a call back with in 2 weeks & scheduled interview. Interviewed by Co-Managers who are my direct supervisors. I can honestly say I'm always a bundle of nerves but was made at ease from the beginning of the interview. We discussed my history, what I wanted in the job, what was expected, salary, benefits, my future plans. They were more concerned that you fit into the office and become part of the team. Specific tasks are taught since it is a specialized field. I left the interview feeling good. I was called 3 days later & offered the job. Started the followind day. Trained with current employee the first week. Then supervised the second week.
