Easterseals Blake Foundation interview questions

The first interview was scheduled with the Finance Director, the Senior Accountant and the Senior Finance Analyst. It lasted nearly 2 hours and was very informative. The second interview was scheduled with the CFO. Both were informal and very comfortable.

They had a specific set of questions that each of the 3 supervisors who interview me would read, in order, in a monotonous voice. They didn’t deviate from asking those specific questions, and their only response was “thanks” or “thank you” and then they would move onto the next question.
