My interview with Easterseals was honestly such a wholesome and authentic experience. The whole process felt really human not just like I was being evaluated, but like they genuinely wanted to understand who I am and how I show up with kids. I could tell they care deeply about the families they support, and that created this really warm environment where I felt safe to be myself. Talking with them made me realize how much potential there is for growth in this company. They’re intentional about training, they value communication, and they really want their staff to succeed so the kids can succeed. I left the interview feeling grounded and excited, like this could be a place where I learn a lot, give a lot, and keep expanding the impact I’m able to make.
