The first was telephonic round for screening based on which interview was scheduled. The second round was general F2F where I was asked about myself and past experiences. Then I was given half an hour to research and write on a topic related to e-commerce. The third round was technical, based on digital marketing and SEO content writing strategies. The final round was with the CEO where I was asked about past experiences and scenario based questions on Marketing strategy. After two weeks I received a confirmation call for joining. PS: I read an interviewee complaining about the sample content submission for the screening process. As a content writer, the company would not hire any employee without seeing their work strategy.
