A fantastic mix of informality and professionalism. The two interviewers made me at ease from the moment I stepped in to the interview room. I remember thinking at the time if only every interview was conducte like this. They allowed me to present my skills, talk about my experience but not make me feel like I was on trial. It therefore allowed me to present myself in the best light as I was made to feel really relaxed
