The first round of the interview was a 30-minute call with HR, where we discussed my experience, expected salary, and benefits. The second round was with the engineering manager and another developer. We discussed my previous technical experience, general engineering knowledge, and my approach to workplace and technical challenges. The third round was a live coding session. Even though I was previously told the task would be practical rather than a LeetCode problem, it turned out to be a LeetCode question. The interviewers from the previous round were present, along with an additional developer. The communication during this round was quite poor, consisting mostly of silence with no hints or guidance, making it a rather uncomfortable experience.

Start with a Phone screening and then HM interview, required to be 5 days in the office. Sometimes inconsistent timeline because of tight schedule, but overall demonstrates the vibe of a fast pace tech company.
