I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Eccella (New York, NY) in Mar 2016
Interview
Get started with couple of phone interviews. After that are technical and behavioral interviews. The technical interview was good and focussed on databases, algorithms, programming and brain teasers. The so called behavioral interview never really was a behavioral interview. They ask you stuff which is not directly related to the job and judge you on that. The worst part is that they then ask you if you would be interested in some other position at the firm since the position for which you are interviewing has been filled yesterday. Overall very disorganized and fluctuating.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Eccella (New York, NY) in Mar 2015
Interview
I was sent an email requesting that i complete a survey, which was an external link to a quick 4-question survey. Asked me to name the programming language I am familiar with and even to write a quick, short program and give proof that I know how to navigate a database.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
How much experience do you have with computer programming and in what language(s)
Applied online and received email about a week later. Email contained link with coding assignment. Passed the coding assignment and was scheduled for initial round of technical phone interviews. Was asked questions about databases, including writing SQL statements which you then read aloud over phone. After that was asked programming-related questions, and finally logic-based questions.
