The interview started in the conference room with two engineers at a table and one on a conference call with their camera off. The two engineers in person did not introduce themselves and immediately went onto their cellphones/laptops to do something. This behavior lasted the whole 45 minute interview. The engineer on the conference call asked a majority of the questions. They were very broad in nature, for example tell me about your trouble shooting experience or tell me about a fun project you worked on. After the main interview was over I talked to a junior engineer 1 on 1 to ask questions about working there and get a tour of the space. There were no technical questions asked.
Overall it felt like the interview was over before it even started due to the behavior of the two in person engineers not being active in the interview.
I wish they would have asked specific questions for what they wanted to know about in the interview and prepared more to talk to me. One of the interviewers did not have my resume so I handed them a copy I brought along.
