Horrible. One of the top managers askefbquestions regarding my credit background that was way out of line. I do understand that companies run credit checks for positions handling AP AR. I went through a very bad divorce in 2016 and got nailed with marital debt. Manager Tom Moore asked me if I get a ton of bill collectors calling me. Questioned when I sold my house. Asked me questions when I got my divorce. Questioned me on a job I had 30 years ago in highschool. Pretty much insinuated that I couldn't handle money. Asked me what dating sites I was on because the other owner is trying to date. Absolutely crossed the line on my personal life. My credit has suffered since my divorce because everything was in my name. I am completely honest and would never do anything to take from any company. I have been working 60 plus hours trying to pay down my marital debt. It was insulting and way out of line. My credit took a hit and I am working on rebuild my credit. One thing I am not is a thief. I worked for everything I have. And I never felt so violated and my character he said wasn't trustworthy. I left feeling like I was a bad person. I was shocked with some of her s questions. That were actually not legal to ask me such personal question. I did send a email stating I am withdrawing my application. There is no way I could work for Tom Moore. Eco logic crossed the boundaries. Tom made judgement on me I get certain position handling money a concern would be if the person would mishandle. I do get that. He had a tight to not hire me for my credit. But the questions he was asking made me feel as I am dishonest. I am extremely honest and never in my life ever mishandled company money. He could have just said thanks for coming in and this is not a good fit. I would be ok with that. But you ask such personal questions and make me feel as though I am a bad person. This company has no boundaries . Instead he drilled me on a sensitive divorce. Insulted beyond words. I have paid over 50k in debt that I got stuck withband still paying those bills. The interview was very uncomfortable. Shouldn't judge people so easily. I withdrew my application. I would never want to work with Tom Moore and or Eco Logic.
