Multi-stage interview where you meet with members of the product team, then additional members of the team, followed by meeting with senior leaders. Case study presentation required as well during the process.

How important is stakeholder management for a product manager?
I had phone screen, and then was asked to complete a take home assignment. After the take home assignment, I was ghosted. I understand that they were likely interviewing multiple candidates, but it is very disrespectful for a company to not even reach out to say you are no longer being considered. Waste of time and energy.
