The call with the Head of HR was relaxed and conversational, focusing mainly on my background, experiences, and career goals. The interview felt straightforward, with general questions about education, prior roles, and motivations. It was an opportunity to share my story, strengths, and interest in the company while understanding their culture and expectations. Overall, the process was smooth, easygoing, and more of a mutual introduction than a technical assessment.
The first step is resume screening. If they think your resume is good, then you will be invited to the second round of the interview, which is zoom/video interview for about 15min, just make sure you know everything about your resume and share your passion for startups/venture capital.
