Interview
Quick and easy, the team rushed me through. At the time it seemed they really valued my experience thus their urgency to bring me to the team. In hindsight it was desperation.
Met with several sales leaders. Asked general questions about selling and account management. Industry knowledge related questions were asked but didn’t seem to be prioritized. All candidates met with the CSO as the final step. This was before a CRO was hired.
